Aunt Tiff ROCKS!

Aunt Tiff Rocks! Presley's favorite aunt went above and beyond the call of duty while she was here. Tiff and I had a great time together - watching Presley make so many hilarious faces and sound effects. Maybe we were delirious - maybe she is just funny - but we had a blast together. Presley is in love with Aunt Tiff... she definitely rocks!

Presley Shea is here and beautiful

Presley Shea Holmes entered the world this morning around 8:30 a.m. She weighed 7 pounds 1 ounce, and was 20 1/2 inches long. She might have the longest legs in recent memory said one nurse. Both mom and baby are doing well. They did perfom a C-Section so Kimberly will be in recovery for the rest of the day. Call her cell phone for any updates - you can guess which family member you are talking with!!! She is at Las Colinas Medical Center in Irving, TX.

Waiting for Presley

Still pregnant. My friend Jennifer from church was due 3 days before me. She went into labor this morning and by tomorrow - she will no longer be pregnant, but with a baby. The song "jealousy" by Natalie Merchant comes to mind. I don't want to be the complainer, my pregnancy has not been bad at all. No, I don't love it - but not bad. But here I sit, creating my first blog - waiting for Presley to decide that she should enter the world and get out of my body. I think she is waiting for Aunt Tiff to get here tomorrow at noon. If she is born at 12:30 p.m. tomorrow - that would be great with me. I am anxious, nervous, scared, ready, done, bored, and excited. I will post more after she is here - or will get Tiff to. Hope everyone is well!
